Thought:
You
can certainly understand how important it is to nurture physical
health. However, remember that your mental and spiritual health needs
just the right amount of nurturing to keep it strong and healthy.
The
social mirror keeps our mental, spiritual, and physical health and
wellness separated from each other. When, in reality, all three are
interdependent on each other. To have a strong physical body and a weak
spiritual and mental body is not healthy.
Just think about this
for a moment. To take care of your physical body, you get sent to the
hospital and / or the medical doctor. To take care of your spiritual
body, you get sent to the church, temple, mosque, synagogue, etc. To
take care of your mental health, you get sent to the psychiatrist or the
 psychiatric hospital.
In other words, they send you in all
different directions to take care of your "one" existence. This is what
occurs in the social mirror that keeps you split and splintered from
your true self.
Did it ever occur to you that all these things can
be taken care of in your own mind. That is your true temple. And, they
must all be strong in order to exist in strength in the social mirror.
To
have a strong mental capacity encompassed with a weak spiritual and
physical constitution is non-productive. They all have to be strong in
order to have a strong existence.
Some ways to create this strength:
1. Proper nutrition.
2. Positive thoughts and outlook in life.
3. Read uplifting material including personal development at least 30 minutes a day.
4. Live your passion.
5. Develop a positive relationship with a higher power.
6. Exercise on a consistent basis.
7. Think stress-free thoughts.
8. Make natural law and principles the center of your life.
9. Live your dream.
10. Help somebody create success in their life.
These
are just a few of the things that you can encompass in your life to
nourish and strengthen yourself so that you can create the success you
want to have for yourself. Proper nourishment gives you the strength to
live your purpose. It also give you the capacity to create a long,
fruitful, positive life filled with the success and greatness that you
seek.
So, as you travel on your journey of success and excellence,
pay attention to how you manage your temple and your constitution. Are
you split and splintered? Or, are you aware that all three areas are
interdependent upon each other and to strengthen one area, will be a
catalyst to strengthen the other.
Thanks for sharing time with me today and I wish you well on your journey of success and excellence.
